Created for 1990's Festival of the Arts celebration. The festival has been held annually since 1970, initially celebrating the installation of Calder's La Grande Vitesse (featured on this shirt) one year prior.

Measurements have been taken with the garment laid flat, but there may be some nuance due to having been worn over time.
